- Ballot certification has been split into 2 steps: certification and notification
- Enhancements for Registered Users:
- When posting a comment, the comment will be saved and the user may return to finish and submit at a later time.
If the user has unsubmmitted comments, when they login, there will be a link in their "In Box" to complete and submit any unposted comments.
- The user will have the ability to print any unposted comments.

- Enhancements for the SPM:
- Ability to export/import comment responses to/from an Excel spreadsheet workbook.
- Removed generic responses from the "Comments & Responses".
- All Crystal reports are now generated as PDF documents. They are now viewed with an Acrobat reader.
- The SPM's inbox will now contain a link to a list of "Unconfirmed Votes" ... if any exist.
- Enhancements for Registered Users:
- When posting a comment from a Group of individuals, the "Segment Code" has been removed from the group members.
